Two face harassment charges
PORT ROYAL -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded at about 2 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, to Walls Hill Road, Turbett Township. They cited an unnamed 45-year-old Thompsontown woman and an unnamed 34-year-old Port Royal man for a physical altercation.
Damage to Civic reported in crash
PORT ROYAL -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a crash at 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, on state Route 333, Turbett Township.
According to the report, Jarrett Cavalet, 25, of Hollidaysburg, lost control of his vehicle, a 2012 Honda Civic, on the snow covered roadway. Cavalet traveled on the shoulder of the road and struck a guide rail.
Cavalet was wearing his seatbelt and remained uninjured. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene by Geedys Towing.
Man charged after sending sexual messages via Facebook
LEWISTOWN -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded at about 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, to a reported harassment incident on the 200 block of West Third Street.
Through their investigation, officers determined that Jeremy Dallmeyer, 38, sent the victim messages through Facebook which were sexual in nature, as stated in a report.
Dallmeyer was charged with harassment, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
