YEAGERTOWN -- A 21-year-old man was arraigned Tuesday after police said he was caught selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant.

Dillan Andrew Stahl, of Lewistown, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility.

According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers with the Lewistown Police Department and the Mifflin County Drug Task Force arranged a controlled drug purchase on Sept. 26 to purchase two 8-balls of methamphetamine from Stahl for $300 at the Yeagertown Post Office.

Following the exchange, police said the informant provided $40 change, stating that the price had been lowered to $260. The informant also provided a crystal-like rock substance that was later tested to be methamphetamine.

Stahl was held in Mifflin County Correctional Facility, unable to post $50,000 bail. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing set for 9 a.m. Jan. 10.
