Princess for a Day at YMCA
Calling at princesses to the Juniata Valley YMCA's first Princess for a Day extravaganza from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. Wanna-be princesses can get their hair, make-up and nails done. A meet and greet and photograph session will also be held, complete with crown and sash crafts, plus a tea party. For ages kindergarten through fifth grade. $40 per child. Holiday Expo and Vendor Show to benefit schools
Juniata Elementary School, 75 Seventh St., Mifflintown, hosts a Fall Vendor Show from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. There will be a variety of activities, including shopping, painting, food vendors and more. For more information, find them on Facebook.
The Mifflin County Music Boosters will hold its Holiday Expo, starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, at Mifflin County High School, 501 Sixth St., Lewistown. Margaret McCann Winter Dance Recital
The Margaret McCann School of Dance presents its winter dance recital, "The Nutcracker," will light up the stage at Juniata High School, 3931 William Penn Highway, Mifflintown, at 2 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $12. For more information, call (717) 436-9806.
