Gray, who currently serves as the chair of the Juniata County Board of Commissioners, had her first successful candidacy in Juniata County in 2014. She was unanimously reelected to serve another term as chair of the Juniata County Board of Commissioners in 2020.

Since being in office, Gray led multiple human resources initiatives for the people of Juniata County, like the Call-A-Ride Service. She also worked to maintain infrastructure and technology funding.

Graybill, who will enter his third term as a county commissioner, helps the community grow by continuing to work with Juniata County Industrial Development Authority and Juniata Business and Industry in growing the industrial park.

He was first elected as commissioner in 2015 after working as a car salesman, corrections officer and retired from the Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown barracks. Graybill also served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1985-89.

He graduated from East Juniata High School and lives with his wife Monica and their two sons.

Partner, who began his most recent term as commissioner in 2015, is a 1978 graduate of Juniata High School and attended West Chester University.

He also served as a Juniata County Commissioner from 1996 to 2007 and served as county auditor from 1993 to 1995.

During his time as a commissioner, Partner worked with Mifflin-Juniata Regional Services Corp., Mifflin-Juniata Area Agency on Aging, Executive Committee of Juniata Valley Behavioral and Developmental Services, Pennsylvania Counties Risk Pool, Juniata County Industrial Development Authority, SEDA-Council of Governments, and the Juniata County Extension Council.

Partner also cited his support of necessary technology upgrades, improved courthouse security procedures, and cooperated with his community to make many other improvements.

Casner, who does not currently hold public office, is a lifelong resident of Juniata County and a businessman. He is a 2002 graduate of Juniata High School and runs Casner Service Center, a family owned business.

Gray, Graybill, and Partner will soon assume their seats as Juniata County Commissioners.
