MIFFLIN -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating a report of sexual assault that occurred between 8 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 1 and 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16 on Parker Street, Mifflin Borough.
No further information was provided.
Mifflin man facing charges in threat
MIFFLIN -- On Tuesday around 7 p.m. Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were dispatched to Parker Street, Mifflin Borough for an active domestic incident.
It was reported that terroristic threat charges were filed against Frank Falu, 32, of Mifflin through Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline Leister.
Police investigate aggravated assault
MOUNT UNION -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating an aggravated assault that took place on Oct. 14 at 2:30 a.m. on Cedar Street, Kistler Borough.
This incident involved three individuals.
The report states that a 22-year-old Mount Union man was arrested but the investigation is still ongoing.
Police investigate Honey Grove theft
HONEY GROVE -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a residence on Dalton Lane, Honey Grove, where it was reported a theft had taken place between Monday, Nov. 13 and Tuesday, Nov 14.
