PCCA Gallery hosts book signing with author Roger Smith

NEWPORT -- Perry County Council of the Arts (PCCA) will host award-winning Cape Cod author, Roger A. Smith, on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m. at the PCCA Gallery in Newport. Smith will make a presentation, followed by an intimate question and answer session. Signed copies of Book 1 - The Conductor, and Book 2 - The Coachman, will be available for purchase with 50% of proceeds directly benefiting PCCA. Light refreshments will be provided. PCCA Gallery is located at 1 S. 2nd St. in Newport. Parking is available in the square and behind the Gallery on Penn Ave.
Book 1 – The Conductor and Book 2 – The Coachman will be available for sale with 50% of all proceeds going to the Perry County Council of the Arts.
Smith started his professional career as a high school history teacher. He also served as PCCA Executive Director, retiring in 2017. He and his wife Susan lived and worked on a farm near Newport for 41 years. They currently reside in Brewster, Massachusetts with their Great Dane and cat. They have three adult children and two grandchildren.
