LEWISTOWN -- Samuel Rufus Yoder, 46, of Belleville is scheduled to appear in Mifflin County Court on Wednesday, Nov. 1. Yoder was arrested Thursday morning after entering the Amish School in Belleville
with a rifle. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Reed.
Charges filed against Yoder include possession of a weapon on school property, burglary of an occupied structure and criminal trespass. He remains in the Mifflin County Correctional facility on $100,000 bail.
