Port Royal man involved in Selinsgrove crash

SELINSGROVE -- Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove responded to a crash involving two Freightliner trucks at about 3:15 p.m. Sept. 20 on North Susquehanna Trail, Monroe Township.

According to the report, a 1999 Freightliner Cab driven by 30-year-old Elijah Manbeck, of Port Royal, was traveling in the right lane, southbound on North Susquehanna Trail while a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia driven by 65-year-old Joey Winston, of Rosbury, was traveling southbound in the left lane. Police saidWinston attempted to change lanes to get on the Selinsgrove Bypass ramp and struck Manbeck's vehicle on the front left bumper. Police said Winston fled the scene.

Charges filed against two in domestic

BEAVER SPRINGS -- Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove responded to the report of a domestic fight in Freeburg between three Beaver Springs residents.

Through investigation, it was determined that a 13-year-old Beaver Springs youth punched his mother in the face during an argument. The incident was reported at about 7:40 p.m. Sept. 22 on Snyder Avenue, Spring Township, Snyder County.

Police said 34-year-old Dale Snook then entered the room and "took the juvenile to the ground."

During the scuffle, police said Snook choked the child and struck him in the abdomen with his knee. The youth then ran out of the house to call 911.

Simple assault and harassment charges were filed against Snook, who was released on $7,500 unsecured bail. The 13-year-old was cited with harassment.

East Waterford man cited for drunkenness

EAST WATERFORD -- At about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were called to a residence on Horse Valley Road, Tuscarora Township, Juniata County for the report of public drunkenness.

The accused, Wayne Stoutzenberger, 57, of East Waterford, was cited accordingly.

Woman cited in East Waterford harassment

EAST WATERFORD -- At about 7:15 p.m. Oct. 3, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were called to a residence on Horse Valley Road, Tuscarora Township, Juniata County, for a reported harassment.

Mona Imes, 72, of East Waterford, was cited.

Everett man injured in McCoysville crash

McCOYSVILLE -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were called to the area of 9907 Route 75 South, Tuscarora Township, Juniata County at about 10:15 p.m. Sept. 10 for the report of a crash.

Police said 53-year-old Corey E. Clark, of Everett, was driving a 2019 Dodge Charger and struck a stop sign. Police said the vehicle continued southbound and struck a mailbox, then continued into a yard and struck a telephone pole, which caused it to be sheared off near the bottom.

Police said Clark drove through the yard and entered the roadway again. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and the driver sustained minor injuries.
