Reedsville man arraigned on child porn charges

REEDSVILLE -- A 64-year-old man was jailed after police allege he had child pornography on his electronic devices.

William K. Bodtorf, of Reedsville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Kent Smith Wednesday on two counts of child pornography.

According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children responded to a complaint that linked Bodtorf's IP address to

explicit images of children.

The document states that a special agent with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Child Predator Section Central Regional Office secured a search warrant for Bodtorf's Armagh Township residence on Liberty Lane on Wednesday morning.

The report states that agents searched Bodtorf's devices and located two images of child pornography.

Bodtorf posted $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Sept. 13.
