PennDOT work schedule for week of Sept. 18 in Juniata County
CLEARFIELD -- The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced the following schedule of maintenance activities in Juniata County for the week of Sept. 18. The scope of work in Juniata County for the coming week includes:
Bridge maintenance and cleaning
• Route 333 in Delaware Township. Monday, Sept. 18, and Tuesday, Sept. 19. Flaggers in the roadway will provide traffic control during daylight hours.
• Route 3019 (Indian Mound Road) in Spruce Hill Township. Wednesday, Sept. 20, through Friday, Sept. 22. Flaggers in the roadway will provide traffic control during daylight hours.
Crack Seal and Hot Pour Mastic
• Route 2026 (Klinger Hollow Road) in Susquehanna Township. Monday, Sept. 18, and Tuesday, Sept. 19. Flaggers in the roadway will provide traffic control during daylight hours.
• Route 2023 (Turkey Valley Road) in Susquehanna Township. Wednesday, Sept.20, through Friday, Sept. 22. Flaggers in the roadway will provide traffic control during daylight hours.
Side Dozing
• Route 2014 (Lauver Valley Road) in Monroe Township. Monday, Sept. 18, and Tuesday, Sept. 19. Flaggers in the roadway will provide traffic control during daylight hours.
• Route 2018 (Dressler's Ridge Road) in Monroe Township. Wednesday, Sept. 20, through Friday, Sept. 22. Flaggers in the roadway will provide traffic control during daylight hours.
Signing
• Various routes throughout the county. Monday, Sept. 18, through Friday, Sept. 22. This work takes place off the roadway and has minimal, if any, traffic impact.
PennDOT urges motorists to exercise caution in these and all work zones to ensure their own safety as well as that of county maintenance staff. This schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen interruptions.
