LEWISTOWN -- A 27-year-old man is facing felony charges after police said he exchanged explicit messages with a minor via Snap Chat.
Aaron R. Aldinger, of Lewistown, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Reed Thursday on three counts of distributing nude photos to a minor and one count of child pornography.
According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, Aldinger sent a 15-year old a friend request via Snap Chat sometime after Jan. 1 and the two exchanged nude photos.
Aldinger is being held in Mifflin County Correctional Facility, unable to post $150,000 bail. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing set for 9 a.m. May 31 in Mifflin County Central Court before Magisterial District Judge Reed.
