Borough man cited for DUI
LEWISTOWN -- At about 3:30 a.m. Dec. 3, officers from Lewistown Police Department witnessed a man, identified as Jeffrey Decker II, 36, of Lewistown, passed out behind the wheel of his running truck in the Sheetz gas station parking lot.
According to the report, Decker was arrested for suspicion of DUI. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Man cited for public drunkenness
LEWISTOWN -- Officers from Lewistown Police Department were called to an incident at Pannebaker Avenue and South Walnut Street at about 11:30 p.m. April 12 for an intoxicated male.
Vincent Mazza, 31, was found to be intoxicated and walking along the road. He was transported and cited for public drunkenness.
Woman cited in Wayne Township crash
MOUNT UNION -- Pennsylvania State Police – Lewistown were called to a crash on Fairview Road, about a quarter mile south of 522 South, Wayne Township at 9:20 a.m. May 3.
According to the report, the crash occurred as a 2002 Volkswagen Golf, driven by 35-year-old Teri Himes, of McVeytown,, lost control of the vehicle, crossing the double yellow line into the southbound lane, then impacting a ditch. The report states that Himes was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Houtz towing and Wayne Township Fire assisted at the scene.
Car show held in Three springs
THREE SPRINGS -- A 30th Annual Car Show will be held 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 27 at the T. S. Swimming Pool Parking Lot.
Registration starts at 9 a.m.
Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 registrations. Trophies will be awarded for the best car, truck, tractor and special interest vehicle.
Vehicle owners will qualify for door prizes. Music will be provided by Tom Mitchell. All vehicles are welcome.
Cars, trucks, cycles, tractors, race cars, etc, may enter.
A chicken barbecue dinner by the T.S. Volunteer Fire Company will be available to purchase.
There is a $10 registration fee per vehicle.

1 injured in crash involving motorcycle
MOUNT UNION - Pennsylvania State Police-Lewistown reported that a man was injured as a result of a three vehicle crash on US Highway 522, Wayne Township on Saturday.
The crash occurred as the vehicles were traveling southbound. The report states that a 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King driven by James Sander, 70, of Mifflintown, was preparing to turn into the parking lot of Hotel Wayne. At that time, the report states a 2015 Kia Sorento driven by Rebecca Kelley, 43, of Mount Union was preparing to slow down when a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Benjamin Runk, 51, of Lewistown, struck Kelly's vehicle, pushing the Kia into the Harley Davidson.
The crash caused Sander to be dismounted from the motorcycle. All vehicles were towed from the scene.
Runk was cited for following too closely. The two vehicle drivers were wearing seatbelts. Two passengers of the Kia Sorento, a 14-year old and a 5-year old, sustained minor injuries.
Sander suffered some injuries of unknown severity. He was transported by ambulance to Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
