BEAVERTOWN -- The 35th annual Hillbilly Fever Days is slated for June 14 to 17 at the carnival grounds behind the Rescue Hose Co. #20, 222 South Sassafras St. Beavertown, located on route 522 halfway between Selinsgrove and Lewistown.
The four-day event will feature food vendors, games, hayrides, bingo, cake wheel, and free entertainment each night starting at 5:30 p.m.
Hillbilly Fever Days benefits the Rescue Hose Co. #20 volunteer fire company. The community's yearly support allows the fire company to provide service to the surrounding areas and funds future community events.
The live entertainment provided is a community favorite each year.
"We carefully plan the nightly entertainment for a different genre of music each night so there is something for everyone," said entertainment chairman Bob Rice.
The music line-up for this year's event will feature a large variety of music including, gospel, rock and oldies.
• Wednesday, June 14 --The Fuller Family Singers, gospel music, will perform at 7 and 9 p.m.
• Thursday, June 15 -- Velvetta, high energy 80s rock music, will perform at 7 and 9 p.m.
• Friday, June 16 -- Josh Squared Band, variety music, will perform at 7 and 9 p.m.
• Saturday, June 17 -- Mahoney Brothers, oldies music, will perform at 7 and 9 p.m.
