LEWISTOWN - Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted an investigation into a fraud complaint filed by Lewis Copehaver of McClure. According to the Public Information Release Report from state police, Copenhaver alleged that personal information had been stolen at 9:15 a.m. on April 1.
Millerstown Man Charged with DUI
THOMPSONTOWN - According to the Public Information Release Report from Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, at 2:37 p.m. on April 1, troopers responded to a call about an erratic driver at Mill Street and North Mill Street, Thompsontown. A traffic stop was conducted, the release stated, and the operator was taken into custody under the suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges have been filed. The driver's name has not been released. He was listed as a 50-year-old male from Millerstown.
McClure Teen Cited for Harassment
LEWISTOWN - Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating a complaint of an inactive domestic incident at 10:12 p.m. on April 19. According to the Public Information Release Report, the alleged incident took place on the Back Maitland Road in Decatur Township. A non-traffic citation was filed to a 19-year-old male from McClure for harassment, the release stated. The victim was a 17-year-old female from McClure.
Charges Filed in Domestic Violence Incident
MIFFLINTOWN - Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown against a 23-year-old female in Mifflintown, according to a Public Information Release Report. At 9:08 p.m. on April 20, troopers responded to a Cross Street, Mifflintown, address for a domestic violence incident, the report said. The 23-year-old female and a 65-year-old female were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical, police said.
Man Charged with Underage Possession
MIFFLINTOWN - Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic stop along Cedar Springs Road and Route 333 in Delaware Township at 7:47 p.m. on April 20, according to a Public Information Release Report. The report stated they found Joel Hursh, 20, of Millerstown, to be underage and in possession of alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed, police said.
Lewistown Woman Arrested for DUI
LEWISTOWN - At 10:51 a.m. on April 11, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic stop at Route 22 East and Center Road in Walker Towship, Juniata County, according to a Public Information Release Report. Police said Heather Warner, 41, of Lewistown, was determined to be DUI and subsequently arrested. The vehicle she was driving was seized pending a search warrant. The police investigation is ongoing.
