¯ Public Intoxication/Disorderly Conduct -- On March 26, at about 5:43 p.m., Regional Officers conducted a traffic stop of a Harley Davidson motorcycle on North Logan Blvd, Burnham. It was reported that the female passenger on this motorcycle, Nicole Ann Yanochko, 37, was acting in a disorderly manner minutes prior at a Derry Township business. As Officers interacted with Yanochko, they found her to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Yanochko was found to be under the supervision of the Mifflin County Probation and Parole Department. Yanochko was taken into custody initially on charges of Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct for her behavior at the business. Search incident to arrest found Yanochko to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine. Yanochko was lodged in the Mifflin County Prison on a probation detainer and various criminal charges.

¯ Disorderly Conduct --On March 26, at about 10:15 p.m., Regional Officers received a complaint of excessive noise and reckless behavior from a group loitering in the parking lot of the Ollie's Store in Burnham. Regional Officers identified one of the violators and issued citations for Disorderly Conduct and several traffic violations. Regional Officers have received numerous complaints of a similar nature involving those congregating at this location. Officers reached out to the owners of this property who expressed their disapproval of the loitering and disorderly behavior. The property owners advised Officers that signage has been purchased and will be installed in the near future to curb this problematic behavior. Once in place, Regional Officers will enforce non-compliance during the "after store hours" with zero tolerance.
