DERRY TOWNSHIP – The Derry Township Board of Supervisors had a meeting on Monday Jan. 18, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. During the meeting the board approved multiple things.
The county received covid-19 relief funds. $35,000 was approved to go to Fame EMS.
A property on N Walnut St was approved to divide their lot into 2 lots to build a new house and sell existing home.
The 2020 survey of financial conditions was approved to be executed.
Trans Associates suggested payment of $32,000 for Bruce and Marlee for a project which was approved.
Tax Collections was reported on. Earned taxes was down .1% which is $5,000 from 2019. Local service tax was down 24%, which is $2,600, from 2019. Tax per capita delinquent increased 77% due to more time to pay taxes from 2019.
