Coroner: Reedsville woman killed in crash in Centre County

Local resident hits another car in head-on collision on US 322

BOALSBURG -- A Reedsville woman is dead after a head-on crash Monday afternoon along U.S. 322 in Centre County, according to Pennsylvania State Police Rockview.

Police said a 57-year-old woman, identified as Tracy Gramley, of Reedsville, Wednesday by Centre County Deputy Coroner Debra A. Smeal, was driving east on U.S. 322 at approximately 2:56 p.m. Monday when for unknown reasons, she crossed over to the westbound lane and struck another vehicle head-on. Police said the crash occurred a few hundred feet east of Yearicks Boulevard in Potter Township.

Gramley was pronounced dead at the scene by the Centre County Coroner's Office. Smeal said in a press release the manner and cause of death determination is pending due to completion of autopsy findings.

Police said the driver of the other vehicle, identified as a 61-year-old woman, did not report any injuries from the crash. Police did not release her name.
