DC4K to be held at 2 locations
LEWISTOWN — Fall sessions of DivorceCare for Kids will be held at locations in both Lewistown and Belleville.
DC4K is for children ages 5 to 12 of families experiencing divorce and separation. The program is a hands-on interactive support system. Topics include:
¯What is happening to my family?
¯Facing my anger
¯How to deal with sadness
¯It’s not my fault
¯Dealing with loneliness
¯Telling my parents how I feel
DC4K kicks off from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sept. 11 at Locust Grove Mennonite Church, Belleville. Weekly meetings continue for 13 weeks.
The program also will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. weekly beginning Sept. 18 at the LUMINA Center, Lewistown.

PennDOT promotes local resident to supervisor
HARRISBURG –A Port Royal man was recently promoted to a supervisor position with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s regional Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency in Harrisburg.
Matthew Clouser will serve as supervisor of the Eastern Regional Traffic Management Center, which monitors traffic on the interstate system and portions of the major expressways in south central Pennsylvania
Clouser is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology and has worked in the District 8 traffic unit in safety management and in signals and congestion management. The area he supervises covers eight counties including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York full time and provides covers the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Allentown districts nights and weekends. The staff of 17 people manages traffic to enhance safety and deliver traveler
information.
The system currently involves 98 traffic cameras, 69 electronic message boards, and 20 highway advisory radio stations.
Clouser has worked for PennDOT District 8 for nine years and earned his Professional Engineer license last year. He and his wife, Kaylee, and daughter, Cecilia, live in Port Royal, Juniata County.
