Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania

The Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania's mission is to provide a home for artists throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Established in 1968 the Art Alliance hosts exhibitions, guest lectures, workshops and classes for artists and art enthusiasts in Centre County, as well as Mifflin and Juniata Counties.

Partnered with Kish Bank,on Allen Street, the Downtown Improvement District, and Tempest Studios, all in State College: the Art Alliance hosts monthly exhibits in collaboration with State College First Friday. With new exhibits monthly, the Art Alliance provides a great connection for the visual arts for all our community and beyond!

The Art Alliance also hosts seasonal shows, artists sales, as well as our guest artists lectures at our home gallery at 818 Pike Street in Lemont, PA.

Would you like to take an art class? The Pike Street Gallery Space and Classroom offers seasonal classes that range from six to eight weeks intensive focus on subjects likeBook Arts, Drawing, Painting, Digital Illustration, Stained Glass, Wheel Thrown Pottery, Sculpture, Printmaking and more... to shorter four week classes that are easy to fit into busy schedules.

The Art Alliance also offers an array of weekend and one-day workshops to learn a new skill or refine techniques.

Would you like to have studio time? The Art Alliance also offers open studio times for Figure Drawing, Painting, and Printmaking. These three hour open studios are a great way to connect with fellow artists while having the space to work on projects outside of a dedicated class. There is no direct instruction during open studios.
