Lewistown real estate agent Ryan Reichenbach has been listing properties with EXP Realty in Mifflin and Juniata counties since June 2021 and has experienced a high level of success in that relatively short period of time. Through July 2022, Reichenbach has completed 34 real estate transactions this year, placing him #2 year-to-date on the Central Pennsylvania Multiple Listing Service, which covers Mifflin and Juniata counties. Much of that success can be attributed to the low commission rate provided. "I can help sellers walk away from the settlement table with more money," says Reichenbach.
Reichenbach's goal is to provide home sellers with the lowest commission rates so they can keep their equity. "I am a real estate investor, so I'm coming into it from a little bit of a different perspective." Reichenbach said, "My focus is to really help sellers keep their money." Reichenbach believes this benefits the buyers as well.
With a lower commission, there is a little more negotiating room for sellers and buyers to come to terms on a price. "I work with sellers and buyers to do whatever is in my power to make the deal and sometimes the lower commission can help with that," he said. "You have to look at what your bottom line is. The real estate agent's commission has to be factored into that so you know what you are going to walk away with. That influences the lowest number that someone can accept."
A licensed realtor for three years, Reichenbach initially acquired his license for his rental property business. He decided to switch his license over to the all cloud-based real estate brokerage EXP Realty so he could get more involved in the business of doing real estate for other people. Through EXP Realty, Reichenbach offers both residential and commercial listings in Mifflin County, Juniata County and the surrounding areas. Reichenbach has completed transactions in Mifflin, Juniata, Snyder, Huntingdon, Perry and Cumberland counties. He is a member of the Central Pennsylvania (Mifflin-Juniata) and Centre County Multiple Listing Services.
