IHOP is coming to Mifflintown! Conveniently located just off the Mifflintown exit at the Onvo Travel Plaza, the new restaurant will be open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner with takeout and online ordering available.
IHOP offers a full menu which includes their world-famous buttermilk pancakes and crepes. Other breakfast items include Belgian waffles, french toast, omelettes and eggs prepared the way you like. A variety of sides are available too which include such items as bacon, sausage, hash browns, crispy breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit.
IHOP has many lunch and dinner options on the menu which includes their all-natural, 100% USDA choice, Black Angus beef steakburgers.
The Mifflintown IHOP is owned and operated by franchisee Onvo. The family-owned Scranton-based business plans on hiring 60 employees for the new restaurant which is set to open in September. IHOP will begin the hiring process at the end of July. Onvo is already making an impact by investing in the local community. While renovating the building for the new IHOP restaurant, Onvo donated the previous restaurant's appliances, equipment and tableware to area clubs and organizations.
The company also owns and operates the convenience store at the Exxon Onvo Travel Plaza. Recent renovations to the convenience store saw the addition of video lottery terminals.
