* This year’s winner of the Helen Buffington Award is Lisa McCullough, Rhoda Shafranich and Ahlea Hornung. The home is located at 420 W. Fourth St.
* The Blue Ribbon for Overall Design goes to Linda Price, of 206 Logan St.
* The Red Ribbon for Overall Design is a tie between Lisa Knudson, of 112 N. Walnut St., and Tami Shawver, of 444 S. Main St.
* Honorable Mention for Overall Design goes to Lisa Hackenberg, of 626 S. Main St.
* The Blue Ribbon for Wreath goes to Nancy Charles, of 23 Chestnut St.
