Many years ago
A special kind of love
Was sent to us from heaven,
By God from up above.
In the form of a tiny baby
In a manger filled with hay
A special kind of miracle
happened on that day.
Angels they foretold it
to shepherds one dark night
they followed the star to a lowly stable
guided by a holy light.
To the tiny little manger
the wise men they did bring
gold and myrrh and frankensense
to lay before our king.
And we could also give our heart
to Jesus on this day,
Our heart, our life, our all,
right now without delay.
