Today – The Embassy’s “All Day Libertyfest” will run from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., featuring live music and dancing, cruise in from 3 to 8 p.m., Hot Dog Eating Contest at 9:15 p.m., vendors, a free movie night outside on the wall.

Today -River Valley Idol competition, 8 p.m., in the Juniata Valley Bank parking lot on Monument Square. Riley Roth will perform at 7:30 p.m. to kick off the event.

Today – 9:30 p.m. Fireworks in downtown Lewistown, launched across the river bridge in the MCIDC Plaza.

Sunday -Third Annual Freedom Festival at Siglerville Congregational Church, including outdoor worship from 9:30 to 11 a.m., followed by a barbecue, music by R.S. Powell and the Unusual Suspects, tomahawk throw, colonial games for children and re-enactors from the Revolutionary War era 5th Battalion Cumberland County Militia.

Monday – Fourth of July Celebration in East Waterford, including arts and crafts, flea market, food, children’s activities, music, a parade at 3 p.m., car show, entertainment and more.
