School is finally over for the summer and the fun-filled summer activities are just beginning. June is dairy month so why not bring a delicious treat containing dairy to your next gathering to help you get your three servings of dairy a day? Here’s a recipe to try:
Taco Pizza Dip
8 ounces sour cream
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 jar chunky salsa
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Lettuce
Tomato
Onions
Tortilla chips
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning until well blended. Spread on pizza pan or shallow dish. Spread salsa over mixture and sprinkle on the cheese. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
Serve as a dip with chips.
