LEWISTOWN -- Geisinger has added three primary care providers at locations in Lewistown, Philipsburg and State College as part of an effort to expand access to primary care services in the region.
Dillon Costantini, M.D., and Emma Stanich, PA-S, have begun seeing new patients at Geisinger Lewistown Community Medicine.
Anthony Froncillo, D.O., is seeing new patients at Geisinger Philipsburg Community Medicine and Geisinger Healthplex State College.
The providers are among those joining Geisinger’s primary care network across central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
Primary care providers offer routine services such as physical exams, management of chronic conditions including diabetes and asthma, and referrals to specialists when needed.
"By growing access to primary care services, we're helping patients building relationships with providers who can help prevent chronic health conditions and support them at every stage of life," said Sabrina Sumner, D.O., chief medical officer for Geisinger's West Region.
Patients can schedule in-person or telehealth appointments through MyChart or by calling (800) 275-6401. Same-day, evening and weekend appointments also are available, according to Geisinger.
