Kitt, who joined Kish Bank in 2023 as vice president and branch banking sales manager, has been promoted to branch banking director and will join the bank’s executive leadership team.
In her new role, Kitt will oversee branch banking operations, service quality and sales performance across the organization. She also will lead efforts to expand the bank’s branch presence and strengthen customer relationships.
“Jessica’s leadership has consistently demonstrated her ability to inspire teams, deliver results and elevate the client experience,” President and CEO Greg Hayes said in a statement.
The bank also announced that Tom Minichiello will assume an expanded role as senior vice president and retail banking officer. In addition to continuing to oversee retail banking and consumer lending functions, Minichiello will support strategic initiatives led by the chief executive officer.
Kish Bank said the leadership changes are part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen branch banking operations and customer service.
