Fritz, President and CEO announced that on Aug. 8, 2023, the Board of Directors of the First Community Financial Corporation, the parent company of Pennian Bank, declared a quarterly regular cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The cash dividends will be paid on Sept. 22, 2023 to shareholders of record on Sept. 15, 2023.
