LEWISTOWN -- Baylee Lepley welcomes clients to her new massage therapy practice.

Baylee's Massage and Bodyworks is located at Joyce Wilson's Beauty Salon, 283 Sand Ridge Road, Lewistown.

There are a variety of different services offered, including relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and raindrop therapy. Reflexology will also be available soon, upon the completion of her training in the specialty.

When booking a session, clients have the option to choose 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on what specific needs the client has.

Lepley graduated from Integrative Bodyworks School of Massage Therapy in State College in January of 2022. She began her career at Nadya's Massage and Bodyworks and worked there until it closed in November.

It was then that she decided to start her own business.

"I like helping people; when they leave and they are feeling renewed, it's just very rewarding," Lepley said. "I really enjoy getting to know my clients and watching them progress each time they come to see me."

There may be several benefits to including massage therapy into your lifestyle. According to Lepley, clients will feel less stress, their muscles will be more relaxed, and they will sleep better.

She also added, "it's very beneficial for people that struggle with anxiety or depression, or sleeping disorders."

Those interested in scheduling an appointment can call or text (717) 310-3136.
