HARRISBURG — The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) will survey producers in 32 states, including Maine, Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania, for its 2023 County Agricultural Production Survey (CAPS) for small grains.
