Select commodity tables released for agricultural projections

WASHINGTON — On Nov. 7, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released selected tables from the upcoming USDA Agricultural Projections to 2034 report prepared in support of the president’s annual budget process as defined in the Budget Control Act. USDA updates foods provided through WIC

CHICAGO — Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack has announced that USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) has finalized updates to the foods prescribed to participants in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, known as WIC. STATE COLLEGE — New funding of nearly $1.15 million will support a wide range of programs and projects at the Penn State University College of Agricultural Sciences.
