Hello, my name is Natalee Zug, and I am a Juniata County Dairy Miss. Have you heard about the newest rave in cooking, sourdough? Well, I am here to share my favorite recipe made with sourdough discard. These chocolate chip cookies are by far my favorite ones that my Mom makes for us. This recipe includes one of my favorite dairy products: butter.
I would recommend pairing these cookies with a tall glass of ice-cold whole milk. Remember the importance of getting your three servings of dairy a day to build strong bones.
