Danielle Jessica Mummah and Shane Matthew Zimmerman were married Oct. 12, 2019, at Port Royal United Methodist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Desiree Mummah of Port Royal and the granddaughter of Jessie Kennedy of Port Royal. The groom is the son of Marcella Zimmerman of Mifflintown and Larry Zimmerman of Port Royal.
Rhonda Ehrenzeller of Port Royal, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Keith Boreman of Mifflintown was best man.
Bridesmaids were Diane Glock-Cornman of Elizabethtown and Jessica Imes of Port Royal. Junior bridesmaid was Brooklyn Ehrenzeller of Port Royal, niece of the bride. Flower girl was Shyler Zimmerman of Mifflintown, niece of the groom.
Groomsmen were Damien Zimmerman of Mifflintown, brother of the groom, and Owen Zimmerman of Port Royal, son of the groom. Junior groomsman was Brayden Ehrenzeller of Port Royal, nephew of the bride.
The Rev. Terry Brosius performed the ceremony, which included organist Craig Betts, guestbook attendants Gavyn Boreman and Conner Boreman, scripture reader Abby Boreman, chauffer Landon Zimmerman, nephew of the groom, and usher Martin Ehrenzeller, brother-in-law of the bride.
A reception followed at Juniata Valley Winery in Mifflin.
The bride and groom are both 1997 graduates of Juniata High School. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Shippensburg University. She is a business teacher at Juniata High School. He is employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Perry County.
A honeymoon to Wyoming and Montana is planned for July 2020. The couple live in Port Royal.
