Stoneking-Seiler

Emily Lorraine Stoneking, of Albert Lea, Minnesota, and J. Dwight Seiler, of Albert Lea and formerly of Juniata County, were married June 5, 2015, on the side porch of the Gale Mansion in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Julie Stoneking, of Albert Lea. The groom is the son of Pastor Dennis and Tamra Seiler, of Albert Lea, and the grandson of Richard and Mary Margaret Pecht of Lewistown, and Glenn Seiler of Lecanto, Florida, and the late Beula Seiler.

Sarah Ruehle, of Cherokee, Iowa, was maid of honor.

The best man was Billy Pfenning, of Cleveland, Utah.

Bridesmaids were: Ashley Peterson, of Albert Lea; McKinzey Stoneking, of St. Paul, Minnesota, and Emily Stoneking, of Sioux City, Iowa, sisters-in-law of the bride; and Katie Seiler, of Ankeny, Iowa, sister of the groom.

Groomsmen were: Tim Stoneking, of St. Paul, twin brother of the bride; Ryan Friar, of Shokopee, Minnesota; Kaelyn Kohtz, of Albert Lea; and Isaac Staat, of Hermantown, Minnesota.

Ushers were Matthew Stoneking, of Roseville, Minnesota, brother of the bride, and Jed Lokken, of Albert Lea.

Officiating were Virgil Stoneking, of Memphis, Tennessee, uncle of the bride, and Dennis Seiler, father of the groom. Andrew Stoneking, of Sioux City, Iowa, brother of the bride, provided wedding music, and the bride’s brothers also sang.

A reception followed the ceremony in the Gale Mansion.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2015 graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, with triple majors in athletic training, exercise science and sport psychology. She is employed by the Mayo Clinic Health System as a certified sports trainer.

The groom is a 2009 homeschool graduate, and a 2013 graduate of Riverland Community College in Albert Lea, majoring in industrial maintenance and mechanics. He is employed as a traveling resource technician with Vestas American Wind Technology, currently working in McAllen, Texas.

Following a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, they make their home in Albert Lea.
