Kahla Hackenberger, of Mifflintown, and Dakota Williamson, of Reeds Gap, were married on Sept. 12, 2015, at Ironstone Ranch in Elizabethtown.
The bride is the daughter of Dane and Susan Hackenberger, of Mifflintown, and the granddaughter of Ron and Barb Torok, of Lewistown, and Gene Hackenberger, of Thompsontown.
The groom is the son of Randy and Renee Williamson, of Reeds Gap, and the grandson of Bill and Jean Baney, of Port Royal, and Harry and Audrey Williamson, of Honey Grove.
Jenna Hackenberger, of Mifflintown, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor.
The best man was Cole Nearhood, of Mifflintown.
Bridesmaids were: Kiersta Meiser, of Mifflin, cousin of the bride; and Kara Williamson, of Mifflintown, sister of the groom.
The flower girls were: Kaiya and Kayli Asthappan, of Woodbridge, Connecticut, cousins of the bride; and Sarah Yackey, of Mifflintown, niece of the groom.
Groomsman was Shaun Yackey, of Mifflintown, brother-in-law of the groom.
The ring bearers were: Carter Asthappan, of Woodbridge, Connecticut, cousin of the bride; and Evan Yackey, of Mifflintown, nephew of the groom.
The Rev. Erin Bovendam, of Trinity Lutheran Church in McAlisterville, performed the ceremony that also included: Grace Notes, a violin and piano duo from Harrisburg; and cousins of the bride, Mason and Mitch Strawser, of Port Matilda, and Malia Asthappan, of Woodbridge, Connecticut, as scripture readers.
A reception followed at Ironstone Ranch in Elizabethtown.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Juniata High School, and a 2015 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, with a doctorate of physical therapy degree, and has become licensed by the state.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Juniata High School. and a 2010 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is employed as a surveying technician at Dewberry in Carlisle.
Following a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, they live in Thompsontown.
