The bride is the daughter of Diane and Scott Latsha, of Turbotville, and Mac Lowe, of Muncy.
The groom is the son of James and Sandy Stroup, of Milroy.
The bride was attended by their daughter, Meadow.
She is a graduate of Montgomery High School, and a 2005 graduate of Clarion University, with a master’s degree in educational psychology from Capella University. She is a kindergarten teacher at Adelson Educational Campus.
He is a graduate of Indian Valley High School, and a 2006 graduate of Penn State University. He is employed as a federal law enforcement officer for U.S. courts in Las Vegas.
