Danielle Pierce and Alex Haines, both of Lewistown, were married on June 21, 2014, at First United Methodist Church, in Lewistown.
The bride is the daughter of Dan and Paula Pierce, of Lewistown. The groom is the son of Rob and Beth Haines, of Lewistown.
Nicole Frazier, of Lewistown, and Jennifer Hartzler, of Lewistown, sisters of the bride, were matrons of honor.
The best man was Joshua Haines, of Lewistown, brother of the groom.
Bridesmaids were: Megan Haines, of Lewistown, sister of the groom; and Zoe Sheppard, of Lititz, cousin of the bride.
The flower girls were Jaliyah and Jaxlyn Frazier, of Lewistown, and Ellie and Emma Hartzler, of Lewistown, all nieces of the bride.
Groomsmen were: Tyler Fink, of Lewistown; Raymond Klinger, of Lewistown; and Kyle Haines, of Lewistown, brother of the groom.
The Rev. Karen McCachren performed the ceremony that included Lauri Dulis as organist, Paige and Ally Sheppard, of Lititz, cousins of the bride, as attendants, Benjamin Pierce, of Lewistown, cousin of the bride, as acolyte, and Elizabeth Fuoco, of Lewistown, and Aaron Bowersox, of Winter Springs, Florida, cousin of the groom, as readers.
A reception was held at Lewistown Country Club.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and a 2010 graduate of Mount Aloysius College. She is employed as a radiologic technologist at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital and as a dance instructor at Miss Stephanie’s School of Dance.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Lewistown Area High School, a 2010 graduate of Mount Aloysius College with a degree in criminology and a 2013 graduate of the Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing. He is employed as director of clinical education at Golden Living Center-William Penn.
