Courtney Shepherd, of Reedsville, and Jose Hernandez, of Anaheim Hills, California, are engaged to be married on Nov. 7, 2015, at Grace Lutheran Church in State College.
She is the daughter of Jeffery and Vicki Shepherd, of Reedsville. She is a 2005 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 2009 graduate of Lock Haven University.
He is the son of Pedro and Leticia Hernandez, of Anaheim Hills, California. He is a 2004 graduate of Servite High School in Anaheim, and a 2009 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Following their wedding the couple plans to relocate to Orange County, California, where he will enter law school, and she will pursue her career in special events.
