The family of Charles and Shirley Saner, of Thompsontown, is hosting a card shower for the couple, who will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on April 9.
The Saners were married in the Richfield Mennonite Church by Rev. A.H. Schultz.
They are the parents of two children: Tambra Ritzman and husband, Jim, of Thompsontown; and Traci Brubaker, and husband, Dave, of Thompsontown.
They enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren, Hannah and Elisabeth Ritzman, and Megan, Sylvia and Dawson Brubaker.
