John and Susan (Zook) Colpetzer, of Belleville, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married on Sept. 4, 1965 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Belleville, by Pastor Thomas Kramm.
They celebrated their special anniversary on Sept. 12 at the Barn at Brookmere Winery with family and friends.
They are the parents of Gina Kumpf, North Huntingdon; Leslie and Tom Brink, York; and Holly Colpetzer, York.
They have four grandchildren, Kate Palmieri, Rillton; Mitchell Kumpf, North Huntingdon; Sophie Brink and Eve Brink, York; and one great-grandchild, Carmen Palmieri, Rillton.
John is retired from CNH, Belleville, and Susan is a retired licensed practical nurse.
They attribute the success of their marriage to being best friends, and faith and trust in God and each other.
