Main Street, Milroy. The service will begin at 10 a.m. with Pastor Joy Kaufman officiating. The burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Milroy. Ottis Leroy Spigelmyer Jr. (Butch) passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024. Born Aug. 22, 1943, to Ottis Spigelmyer Sr. and Elsie Spigelmyer, Butch grew up in Mifflintown, Juniata County. He loved the outdoors and learned to hunt and fish with his father, grandfather, and brother, Rick.
