Richard Hoffman 57 of Lewistown passed away Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 5:51 a.m. 2024 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Richard was proceeded in death by his mother Vern Hoffman and his father Richard Felagle, his sister Jane Hoffman, and two brothers Tom Hoffman and Ronnie Hoffman. Richard is survived by his three sisters, Sue Davis, Nancy Hoffman and Betty Miller along with many nieces and nephews.
