David C. Haughwout, 68, of Belleville, passed away on Oct. 28, 2024. He was born on Nov. 23, 1955, in Lewistown, a son of the late James Ard Jr. and Patricia Ann (Campbell) Haughwout. He attended Kishacoquillas High School and was a 1978 graduate of Kutztown University where he was a Fine Arts major. His home church was the Reedsville Presbyterian Church. David was a uniquely gifted and creative man.
