Julia C. Brower, 92, of Lewistown, died Oct. 4, 2025, at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Born July 25, 1933, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late James Newlands and Grace (Stumpff) Newlands. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Brower; daughters, Pamela J. Brower, Wanda L. Armstrong, and Tonda L. Stewart.
