Huskies make Mid-Penn All-Division teams

The Mid-Penn All-Division teams were announced for field hockey, volleyball and soccer. Mifflin County made its presence known.

In field hockey, Husky Addie Fultz (midfielder/forward) made the Keystone First Team All-Division Team.

Forwards Bailey Neff and Jayda Kanagy also made the third team all-division squad for Mifflin County. Goalkeeper Maddie Norman was listed as a third-teamer as well.

In boys soccer, Husky defender Ethan Plank made Colonial Second Team All-Division. In girls soccer, goalie Liberty Cook and defender Desi Hershberger made the Colonial Second Team All-Division.

In volleyball, Husky senior outside hitter Riley Hine was named to the Keystone Second Team All-Division squad. Setter Jamilee Gilbert made the Keystone Third Team.

Hine named All-District player

Mifflin County’s Riley Hine made the first team All-District team for District 6 Class 4A volleyball.

Other members of the All-District team include State College outside hitter Sarah Tate, middle hitter Alex Haskins, setter Jess Campbell and libero Emma Lally. All are seniors.

Altoona’s opposite hitter Ellaina Saylor, outside hitter Ava Steinbugl and middle hitter Annalyse Yost rounded out the first team.
