This Chevrolet Blazer rests in a ditch where it landed after its driver, Dwayne Spicer, 55, of Lewistown, veered off the left side of the Walnut Street exit ramp while attempting to leave U.S. 322 East onto Logan Street, police said. Police said Spicer and his passenger, Barbara Young, 52, of Lewistown, were extracated from the vehicle and taken to Lewistown Hospital for treatment of injuries. The report states Spicer was driving too fast for conditions; the crash is under investigation. Lewistown Police Department was assisted at the scene by Brooklyn Hose Company, City Hook and Ladder, United Fire Company, Fame EMS, Lewistown Fire Police and Derry Township Fire Police.
