HUNTINGDON - Pearl Mae Erb Henderson, 92, of Huntingdon, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 1:32 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at the Oaks, Westminister Woods, Huntingdon, where she had resided for the past nine years.
Pearl was born June 3, 1920, in Belleville.
She was one of 12 children.
She is survived by: childen, Kay Marie Vaughn, of Rand, W.Va., Darrell L. Erb, of Belleville, Allen K. Erb, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Ilah Snook, of Beaver Springs, who in later life was looked upon as a second daughter; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the 12th Street United Methodist Church, Huntingdon.
She had a beautiful voice and loved to serve the Lord in song. She sang in local churches and at many weddings. She will be sadly missed by family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Robert E. Peters Funeral Home, Huntingdon, with Pastor Laura King officiating.
Burial will be held in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Belleville.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, and from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at the funeral home.
