When is it time to start holding James Franklin accountable?

Here is the guy who preached to be elite and we need to upgrade our facilities. To be elite we need to fill the stands and we need to upgrade his pay to an elite status.

He told us the program needs to pay its assistants more so we can get the best and be prepared to win.

Now here we are, we have one of the top safeties in the country in Jaquan Brisker and top receivers in the country in Jahan Dotson.

I feel most have done their part in what Franklin said we needed to do. The one who hasn’t done his part is “small game James.”

This is the guy that can’t get us by Illinois after a bye week. This is the guy who is such a great recruiter but yet for some reason can’t seem to find any depth over a team like Illinois beyond the injured starters.

Maybe the next thing we need to be elite is a new head coach? At some point he needs to be held to the fire by the management of the program instead of being catered to because he might have other jobs lined up.

When does he quit getting the softball questions from the media?

I can see the marquee now when James goes to (USC) LA “Small game James invades LA LA land.”

Little do they know he’s been in LA LA land for years.
