Book will ‘get the job done right’ in Harrisburg

To the editor:

Fellow voters, I ask that you take time this election season to truly think about who will be the best state representative for our 82nd District. While we have been led by the same person for so many years, we are now going to have the chance for a change.

In life we often are afraid of change. We become unsure when change happens, because of what might be next. One candidate in this race stands out as a person who is willing to listen to the people and is ready to do what’s in the best interest for the 82nd District.

Elizabeth Book’s motto is “people over party.” I found that she is willing to listen and learn from the people in her district. It is very clear to notice that she has been at more public events and meetings than anyone else I can remember who has represented us in the past.

It is true times, are changing and we need a representative that is not afraid to think about the people when voting and who will put party politics aside. “Let’s get the job done right” is a new motto we the voters need to empower Ms. Book as she represents us in Harrisburg.
