Ray F. Wagner Jr.

Born June 28, 1942, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Ray F. Wagner Sr., and Verna (Shawver) Wagner.

In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann (Murphy) Wagner and siblings, George, Dottie and Shirley.

Ray is survived by his children, Sarah J. Brotemarkle of Philadelphia, Joseph E. Brotemarkle of Lewistown, Raymond P. Wagner of California, Brian K. Wagner of Lewistown, Jamie P. Wagner of Lewistown and Jeffrey L. Wagner of Reedsville; eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Gloria Kurtz of Lewistown and Linda Keiser and husband, Thomas, of Lewistown.

Ray worked at Sitkin Scrap Yard and retired from Metz Hatchery in Belleville.

A viewing will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with a funeral service to follow at 1:30 p.m. with Major Janet Clarke officiating.

Interment to follow at Juniata Memorial Park.
